- Smart, enthusiastic/quick-adaptive with new technologies
- Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Solidity, Golang, Rust, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
- Strong knowledge of blockchain, extensively understanding how a blockchain platform works.
- Can describe/explain the technical concepts to non-technical people
- Knowledge & experience of cryptography is an advantage
- Knowledge & experience of P2P networks is an advantage
- Knowledge & experience of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code is an advantage
