SCOPE OF WORK:

SQL Server Database Administrators are responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems. Their main goal is to ensure the availability and consistent performance of various corporate applications. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage SQL Server databases
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes
• Monitor system's health and performance
• Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
• Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
• Provide suggestions for solutions
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours

• At least 2 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA  
• At least 2 years of experience with Ms SQL Server Administration experience required  
• At least 2 years of experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO)  
• At least 2 years of experience with backups, restores and recovery models  
• At least 2 years of experience of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options  
• At least 2 years of experience with Windows server, including Active Directory  Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• More than 5 years of experience will be considered for Senior position
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• MCTS, MCITP, and/or MVP certifications a plus
• Able to communicated in English (written and verbal )
