• Ensure that our products, applications, and systems work exactly as designed
• Provide high direction for multiple test teams delivering a clear and consistent vision for functionality, embedded, play testing and test engineering groups
• Arrange/Allocate and mentor for tester teams across multiple projects
• Develop a roadmap for building needed test expertise
• Facilitate knowledge sharing between test teams and develop relevant training programs
• Get training from other partnerships globally and train for internal teams
• Ensure all projects are shipped on time with maximum quality, highest test case coverage
• Define, monitor and improve QA process, metrics and report to CEO

KNOWLEDGE:

• Testing Process, Project Management
• Understanding of SCRUM/Agile and history structuring test teams to support these methodologies
• Understanding of technical and performance requirements of mobile gaming with experience creating strategies to understand and react to these

SKILLS:

• Use of BI/Analytics in game development and relevance to testing and test coverage
• Administration experience of JIRA bug tracking databases including setup of workflows relevant for their teams
• Use of Test Case Management software
• Experience working closely with build and release teams including use of version control systems.
• Play testing and Usability testing experience including methods for capturing actionable data
• Experience using test automation systems is a plus
• Working knowledge of Python, Javascript and/or databases and SQL is a plus

ABILITIES:

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Manager in software development.
• Strong Quality data extraction and analysis skills
• Experience in development and usage of Quality metrics
• Work across teams to support quality assurance and testing throughout the business as appropriate
• Develop and implement Quality plans for the product
• Demonstrated knowledge of Engineering design and development processes, including Software development and AGILE development
