We are looking for a Front-end Lead to join our rapidly growing, award-winning team. Join us and be at the forefront of the next wave of enterprise to client communications.

You will be responsible for architecting and building our high-performance web and mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms; as well as leading the Front-end team and coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is desired.

Responsibilities:

• Build buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source React Native community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes.
• Drive and support team to release new features, troubleshoot, and fix issues for the system to run stably in good security, scalability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews of team members to ensure alignment with the quality standards and requirements.
• Drive the Front-end team’s success through technical excellence as well as leading people.

• 3+ years of work experience as a Front-end lead, especially React Native framework.
• 2+ years working with Native Android and iOS
• 1+ years leading a team of at least 3 members
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
• Rock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle Android Studio
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Experiences with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
• Familiarity with code versioning toolsGit
• Fluent English
