• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

• Bachelor or above in Software Development or Mathematics or Financial. Certificated in CCBA/CBAP is a plus.
• Desired experience: at least 2 years of experience with BA.

Hard skill: 

Must have: 

• Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
• Experienced in formal analysis techniques, including UML
• Very detail and strong responsibility.
• Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes
• Proven ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion
• Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills (including but not limited to Vietnamese)

Nice to have: 

• Experienced in BABOK is a plus.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Retailers, Manufacture, Logistics is a plus.
• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Soft skill: 

Must have: 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Mature judgment to identify and analyze problem and implement solutions.
