- Propose and consult technical solutions related to infrastructure and software architecture of applications.
- Research the market and technology trends to be able to propose solutions that suit the needs of the market, especially new technology solutions according to the Company's strategy or customer requirements
- Make plan to implement projects as assignment
- Estimate and allocate required resource for project
- Do regular assessment of projects status to timely report to BOD and other related stakeholders.
- Ensure the engagement of project stakeholders and the cooperation between related parties.
- Proactively assess projects’ risks and issues, establish mitigation plan/ resolution plan and timely communicate and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date record of project budget/ schedule/ scope/ resource.
- Prepare Business case for investment projects of company, jointly evaluate and select solutions
- Execute multiple projects concurrently from same and/ or different banking domains.
- Be responsible to study new technologies/ latest industry trends, acquired banking domain knowledge; Communicate, share and train to members to improve the professionalism and working efficiency.
- Lead and contribute to the improvement of project management processes.
- Build and lead department about 50 persons for the successful delivery of assigned IT program

1. Experience: experience in IT majors 10 years or more than 3 years of experience at the same positions at financial and banking institutions.
2. Language: Fluent English

- Extensive and extensive understanding of IT infrastructure in large-scale organizations, especially financial service providers.
- Manage the deployment and integration of infrastructure systems from small to large, from simple to complex to meet all needs of providing IT infrastructure services of the bank.
- Promote and manage research, application and deployment of advanced infrastructure technologies in the organization
- Ability to research and analyze both technology and investment efficiency
- Encourage, motivate and build the capacity of a contingent of qualified employees who seek and implement new ideas.
- Proficient in budgeting as well as applying financial models in project investment analysis
- Document and present in a logical and convincing manner to problems about infrastructure. Development and implementation of the Strategy
- Know the organization's objectives, understand the requirements of the infrastructure sector to develop an investment roadmap and manage the implementation of projects effectively to meet short-term needs promptly and long-term organization in technology infrastructure Capacity to organize and implement work according to Agile, IaC Ability to know about organization
