With the opening of Clever Age Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City in 2019, we are looking for a LEAD JAVA DEVELOPER:

Job responsibilities:
As a Lead Java developer, what you’ll be responsible for :
- Lead the digital project development : e-Commerce, PIM, CMS, Mobile App, PWA
- Understand user stories and convert them into implementation tasks
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle
- Develop high quality software using our best practices
- Create unit tests and continuously deliver the software (CI - DevOps, …)
- Work in an agile environment (Scrum, Kaban, ...)
- Ensure code quality, best practices and design patterns are implemented
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers
- Provide the technical choices and architecture guidelines for projects
- Provide performance and security solutions for projects
- Communicate risks and issues
- Realize daily and weekly activity reporting
- Demonstrate software to product owners and collect feedback
- Being part of a new adventure at Clever Age Vietnam
- Work with our experts from around the world (Europe, Canada, Singapore, Hong-Kong, China, ...)

Yêu cầu công việc
Must have :
- Graduated from an engineering school or university diploma
- Minimum 5+ years of overall development experience
- Strong experiences with design patterns/clean code concept
- Experience working on medium/large scale projects deployments
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Experience with source control management: git and gitflow
- Experience with bug tracking systems: Jira / Redmine / Mantis
- Be proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Experience assisting junior developers in coding and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of DevOps pipeline and tools
- A taste for challenge and learning
- Intermediate in English
Nice to have:
- Ability to interact with product owner and work within customer environment
- Fluent in English is a big plus
- Having experience with API Manager such as TYK is a big plus
- Having experience with JMS such as RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ is a big plus
