- JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure individual and subordinate output’s performance at test design and test execution.
• Contribute to all aspects of the product quality control, from creating test design, throughout executing test, recording and following bug solving progress of source code’s development team.
• Participate in the decision making process regarding the selection and support of the array of software engineering tools used by the engineering group.
• Follow the direction of Leader and Line manager in researching new technology.
• Create quality test design and test execution by the engineering standards.
• Ensure productivity by project.
• Cross review the quality of co-workers’ design and execution results.
• Lead, coach software tester and review the quality of their design and execution results.
• Use common development tools such as test tools, data management tools, compilers, debuggers, profiling tools and source control system as prescribed by the engineering standards.
• Assist QAT Leader to communicate with customer if any.
• Report to Leader and Line Manager.

• Graduated from College or University
• Major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields is a plus.
• 1~3 years’ experience as Software Tester.
• Familiar with automation tools (Silktest, Selenium, UFT, …).
• Familiar with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Cucumber, …).
• Familiar with API test tools (SOAP API, SOA Test, Virtualize, Postman, …).
• Real passion for collaboration and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Self-motivated, team lead, good team player and result oriented.
• Japanese company and Japanese language experience is preferable.
• Telecom domain experience is preferable.
• Automation test experience is preferable.
• Good Japanese (equivalent N3 or above) or good in English (TOEIC 700).
• Good at reading and documentation skill.
• Good at logical thinking.
• Good at communication.
* Experience in Software Development Life cycle, especially product's quality control is a huge plus.
