HCL ERS invites candidates to develop next gen products with residential gateway, IoT, cloud management, IPTV, SDN, Wi-Fi, mesh, GUI, and various smart home capabilities. Candidates will get a chance to work on customer premises equipment (CPE) devices that run embedded Linux with multi-core processors and the latest embedded technologies from home gateway to Wi-Fi mesh utilizing dual and tri-band radios, Wi-Fi 6 and 6E.

Skill Profile :
• Development work experience in Wi-Fi drivers integrations & development. Design, develop and test high-performance network and wireless solutions on a various SoCs on OpenWRT platforms.
• In-depth understanding and experience of working in Linux kernel/drivers, C/C++.
• Experience of working with various wireless drivers and chipsets (BCM/ MTK/ QCA/ Marvell etc..).
• Strong understanding of 802.11 standards, Easymesh specs.
• Strong understanding of Wifi Mesh, 802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax(WiFi-6) protocol standards and implementation experience.
• Good problem-solving & debugging skills.
• Good understanding MIPS, & ARM architectures.
• Good understanding on OpenWRT framework and architecture.
• Experience in Wifi Radio driver development, Driver level integration.
• Deep Kernel level experience.
• Complete Core level experience.
