- Tham gia, xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống Backend cho sản phẩm VieON.
- Hệ thống có độ ổn định và độ chịu tải lớn.
- Hỗ trợ phát triển các sản phẩm khác của VieON.
- Nghiên cứu ứng dụng công nghệ/giải pháp mới để tối ưu hệ thống theo thời gian

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Must to have:
- Có kinh nghiệm lập trình ít nhất 2 năm đối với vị trí Middle level và ít nhất 4 năm đối với vị trí Senior level
- Thành thạo: Golang / Node.js / Python.
- Thành thạo: MySQL / Postgres / MongoDB.
- Thành thạo: Git.
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển và vận hành hệ thống scalable, high CCU.
- Có kinh nghiệm về UnitTest.
- Có kiến thức về qui trình phát triển sản phẩm Agile/SCRUM, Kanban.
Yêu cầu thêm đối với vị trí Senior level:
- Có khả năng thiết kế 1 hệ thống chịu tải lớn (10k RPS)
- Có kinh nghiệm về kiến trúc micro-service.
- Có kinh nghiệm về A/B Testing.
- Có kiến thức về hạ tầng Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud.
2. Nice to have:
- Có kinh nghiệm về hệ thống CI/CD, Elastic Search.
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển các sản phẩm liên quan đến streaming video và/hoặc BigData là một lợi thế.
- Có kiến thức về các hệ thống quản lý/quản trị phát triển sản phẩm như: Jira, Redmine
3. Soft skills:
- Khả năng R&D công nghệ mới.
- Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và nhóm.
- Khả năng chịu đựng áp lực cao.
Yêu cầu thêm đối với vị trí Senior level:
- Có khả năng đào tạo cấp dưới.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Khả năng thuyết trình / trình bày.
