The Role
We are currently looking for software engineers to analyze, design, program, debug and maintain features of our Energy Data, Meter Asset and Billing Management system. The successful applicant will work with the team in Viet Nam, Finland and The Netherlands on analyzing market needs, design and implement new features for Dutch customers.
How you will contribute
On a daily basis, you are responsible for:
- Designing and developing high performance calculation scripts in meter data processing and exchanging between systems.
- Designing and developing new program features to adapt the business needs.
- Assisting QA Engineer on automated test functions and interfaces developments.
- Providing estimates on progress and technical quality for stakeholders and team members.
- Being open-minded for innovative ideas to improve the product and system.

- Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- At least 3-5 YoE in software development roles.
- Experience in VB.NET/ C++ or other programming languages with the eagerness of learning new things.
- Strong experience in SQL, experience in Oracle DBMS is a plus.
- Experience in Automation Test.
- Good English skills for daily communication with the team from Europe.
- Good communication skills, active in daily communication and collaboration with other team members, ability to explain technical issues in an understandable way.
- Strong team-working skills, ability to work efficiently with others to reach a common goal.
- Proactiveness, actively taking the initiative in daily tasks, think along the same way as the team.
- Willing and open to contribute to the enhancement of the working processes.
Additionally, we appreciate if you have experience with the following tools and methods:
- Visual Studio, Surround, Git, Robot Framework, Jira, Scrum Agile
- Energy market knowledge is a big plus
