PL/SQL Software Developers

We are currently looking for an experienced PL SQL and Java Developer within our Telco and Utilities product team in HCMC. The successful applicant will help us to meet the needs of our customers by taking a hands-on approach to current PL SQL and Java development and projects. As a Software Developer you will be an integral part of our established team in a fast-paced development environment. You will be able to influence direction and recommend best practice, as well as be commercially astute with a forward-thinking attitude to best service the demands of our clients.
What you will do
- Design and program agreed developments / modifications to system
- Develop and implement Technical Specification documents.
- Liaise with Product Owners to ensure understanding of client’s requirements
- Following efficient development practices and unit testing code
- Ensuring standards and procedures are always followed

Essential
- Willingness to learn and develop Oracle PL/SQL skillsets
- Minimum 2 years of application software development experience and/or appropriate tertiary qualification
- Strong SQL skills
- Knowledge in Core Java and database development (Oracle PL/SQL)
- Good understanding of Source Control Tools: GIT, Stash, Source Tree.
Desirable
- Experience with Java or any other object-oriented language
- Ability to work in the Atlassian suite of products like JIRA and Confluence is also a plus
