As our QC Lead, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Schedule testing plan & timeline.
• Review the requirement and define the test cases/plan checklist.
• Do the functional testing with automation on web and mobile.
• Flexible to discuss the new ideas to PO and dev team.
• Monitoring & maintaining stability of a scalable & chaotic system during development phase.
• Design and development of automation test cases.
• Can control the quality of software and also evaluate the risks, defects can happen in developing new features or revising current ones.
• Collaborate with developers and product team to provide feedback and guidance to set the test strategies.
• Qualify bug’s severity and priority rating.

Good candidate for QC Lead position should have the following qualifications:

• 1-3 yrs in testing, delivery quality management.
• Fluent in English.
• Background in software development, IT domain.
• Experience working with modern software development methodology like Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in automation testing, performance testing.
• Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks, strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of software testing, especially in testing techniques and testing mythologies.
