- Set up an agile process for the development team and lead sprints.
- Build relationships with clients to understand key pain points and business processes.
- Prioritize needs and manage product backlog.
- Build and maintain product roadmap short term and long term.
- Oversee development stages and contribute to planning, execution and review of each sprint.
- Anticipate client needs and create customer journey maps
- Evaluate product progress on a monthly basis with CPO & CTO.
- Work in a professional, dynamic, creative and friendly environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in product owner/manager or similar roles.
- Knowledge of agile processes and principles.
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- BA skills and experience talking to customers.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledgeable or worked in the property management space. (Bonus)
