(*). Position summary:
The candidate will be responsible for the setup and development of bot management module in our in-house systems. He/she will be involved in the phases of design, research, implementation and the roll out of bot management relating projects.

Our ideal candidate is a professional with experience in web security such as managing a pool of reverse proxies with complex rules, analyzing network traffic to derive a set of protection policies for our clients, as well as providing innovative insight to improve the current systems.

The candidate requires a broad knowledge of systems, cloud technologies, load balancers, security, networking and some background in programming.

(*). Responsibilities:
+ Work with developers and business analyst to design, research and implement bot management module;
+ Integrate with different technical components (CDN, DNS, Cloud, Monitoring, Anomaly Detection, Reporting, etc.) for a complete bot management product;
+ Analyze network traffic and trend to detect illegitimate activity, apply automation to act on such traffic;
+ Build, scale, and monitor various highly complex applications in our cloud platform infrastructure;
+ Manage and support multitier architecture focusing on web technology stack (CDN, Reverse Proxy, Application, DB);
+ Utilize and manage modern monitoring stack to ensure a resilient Production systems environment, and maintain 24x7 uptime in the challenge of nature/man-made fault;
+ Find solutions to problems that disrupt availability, performance and stability of our systems.

+ Strong knowledge in device fingerprinting and its attributes being used in the scope of bot management;
+ Practical experience in analyzing network packets, HTTP traffic and headers to detect illegitimate activity; 
+ Strong knowledge in monitoring and logging (InfluxDB Stack, Grafana, Elastic Stack); 
+ Strong knowledge in reverse proxy (Nginx, HAProxy) and CDN; 
+ Real life experience in handling DDoS and web application attack; 
+ Practical experience in building and operating platform in AWS (EC2, EKS, ELB, VPC);
+ Knowledge in containerization and container orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes);
+ Experience in configuration management and automation (Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, Jenkins);
+ Knowledge in Linux, DNS, MySQL;
+ Experience in at least one programing language of your choice (Python and Bash/Shell are preferred).
