The Job holder is responsible for setting the direction and strategy for Data Center technologies across the organization.

• Be responsible for managing, operating and maintaining the IT Infrastructure including private Cloud, Host, VM server, MPLS/Leased line, VPN connection, backup, Wifi, helpdesk tasks, provide IT services.
• Project management and deployment.
• Supervise and coordinate with all parties involved to ensure high availability and performance of the IT Infrastructure.
• Ensure less interruptions arise in case of an IT failure and to have proper contingency plans in place.
• Design and Implementation of new infrastructure systems or improve existing systems to support business growth objectives.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware, system problems.
• Expertise in Cloud technology: AWS, Azure is advatange
• Deep knowledge and experience in network management. Especially in managing Juniper, Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto
• Manage, oversee IT Infrastructure and computer systems, share, and manage helpdesk SLA.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
• Planning backup and restore strategy for business data, server, network devices configuration
• Participate in IT Infrastructure projects: upgrading system, integrating with partner system…
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Lead the team through infrastructure and operations
• Report to Head of IT Operations

• BA degree or above
• 5-10 years of experience in implementing and managing the Information System (medium and large scale).
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot risk. Having expertise in troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to IT Infrastructure. 
• Haveknowledge and expert in Cloud technology, AD, Office 365, Network Security, VMWare, Routing, Switching, Firewall, SAN, NAS, Backup system…
• Expert inJuniper, Palo Alto, Checkpoint is a must
• Good English verbal communication
