This role is to provide support and advice to business from data analysis perspective, with following responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Identify business needs and design measurement metrics
• Query databases (SQL) to assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirement
• Automate report and optimize processing time for data, report and analysis delivery
• Work with analytics tools and languages (R / Python) to provide actionable insights into customer behavior, product usage, salesforce productivity, risk signal and other key business performance metrics
• Maintain and upgrade ongoing report and analysis model
• Work with stakeholder including Executive, Product, Risk, Sale and IT team to assist with data-based strategy

• Bachelor Degree (knowledge of Data science / Statistics is a plus)
• 5+ years of data science working experience
• Interest in banking business and data field
• System-savvy (SQL, R / Python is a must)
• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
• Comfortable deconstructing complex and open-ended problems which may not yield a clear cut solution
• Ability to work independent and to carry out assignments to completion based on the original goals with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary team
• Be Proactive in improving data analysis and business key focuses
• Ability to manage team to delivery business request
