The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a passionate Salesforce Functional Consultant who can deliver implement the functionality. In this role, you will join one of Australia's most technologically progressive financial services providers to become their expert in all things Salesforce.
As Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be the focal person to maintain and drive enhancements to the Salesforce platform. Closely working with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering Salesforce systems and enhancements developed from established requirements.
- Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders to deliver Salesforce business requirements.
- Provide support as the primary escalation point for all employee inquiries related to Salesforce.
- Delivering crucial business insights through the use of the Salesforce platform to uplift commercial success.
- Transform and optimize various functions in the business through the Salesforce platform
- Lead the functional delivery of Salesforce engagements including holding workshops, defining requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and undertaking solutions-based Salesforce activity

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer engineering, or any relevant field.
- At least 3 years of extensive background in Salesforce (functionality & architecture of Salesforce)
- Experience in designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions including lightning applications, custom components, and lightning communities.
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) is a plus
- Consulting environment experience is preferred but not required
- Working experience in an agile environment
- Background in business analysis and project management
- Familiarity in the Financial Services industry or a proven track record of working with clients from the Financial industry to deliver successful transformation projects.
- Strong communication skills in English and can work with a range of stakeholder
