We are seeking to fill the position of lead developer and designer for all of our front-end marketing tools including web-site, knowledgebase, and marketing communications. You will lead our development into new technologies and capabilities for internal use.

• Responsible for coding the front end of the website (Squarespace), knowledge-base (Zendesk), plus all landing pages and email campaigns (Hubspot).
• Design the look and feel of all front-facing communication including the web site, knowledgebase, landing pages and email campaigns.
• Use programming languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create the website’s layout, navigation, internal links, content and buttons.
• Incorporate video files, audio files and multimedia tools, such as Flash, to create userfriendly websites that are accessible across a variety of platforms.
• Test completed websites for functionality and ease of use and fix any issues and bugs as necessary.
• Through understanding of web design and SEO optimization.

FRONT-END SKILLS

• Proficiency in website programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Understanding of key website design principles and SEO optimization.
• Ability to use designer input to create functional, creative and user-friendly web pages.
• Ability to test and debug websites.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Observant and able to remain focused on tasks for long periods of time.

DESIGN SKILLS (Optional But Preferred)

• Graphics and Product design for illustrating website, knowledgebase articles, and email communication.
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma.
• Marketing Skills and background is a plus.
• Preferred familiar with these tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, ZenDesk, Squarespace, Hubspot.
