Fully responsible for recruitment cycle, including:
* Active search for qualified candidates by using different sourcing tools and channels (databases, job boards, social media platforms etc.)
* Tracking and maintaining job postings
* Contact candidates, present opportunities and seek interest level
* Conducting interviews
* Be able to work with hiring team to delivery human resource with timely manner
* Responsible for pre and onboarding process for new hires
* Making recruitment report (daily/weekly and quarterly/etc.)
Supporting in others internal process

Required qualifications:
• 1 + years of recruitment experience in relevant position
• Able to identify and select resumes of potential candidates for various
vacancies
• Experience using current recruitment and social media tools
• Proven track record of successful placements
• Experience working with internal databases
• Experience using job sites
• Strong written, presentation/verbal, and negotiation skills
• Intermediate in English, both written and oral
• Excellent time-management skill
Desired qualifications:
• Experience working in an IT international company
• Experience working with CRM systems
