The BA is responsible for ensuring client requirement are fully understood and specified that enough accurately to transfer to development team. The BA will work directly with team leader, supervisor and developer for new requirement and documentation process. Reporting to team leader in daily meeting and PM/APM in weekly meeting
- Gather business and functional requirement from PM/APM
- Analyst requirement, predict high risks and suggest solution
- Make functional specification, User Stories, define UX/User behavior (if needed)
- Transfer business to development team and Q&A with PM/APM
- Assist Leader on functional estimation and planing
- Verify all requirements are fulfilled by the implementation before released
- International Environment using English
- Regular technical seminar and training allowance to improve your technical skills.
- Improve your presentation skill by hosting a seminar on your favorite topic.

- Obtaining IT knowledge-base
- 1 year of working experience in analyst requirements
- Basic knowledge on UML and diagram tool
- Knowledge to create wireframe and mockups
- Basic experience in programming languages
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
- Good English skill to be able to report directly with PM/APM
- Logistic business domain knowledge is a plus
