Come help us build Gridly, an amazing content management system that will be used by the best game developers in the world. It’s a public SaaS product with a browser-based frontend. Users will include existing clients such as Tencent, Warner Bros, Bethesda, Capcom and Square Enix.

Work with the product team, our users and C-level team to understand product-vision and be responsible for development releases.

• Manage and grow our HCMC based development team
• Work with and report to our CTO who’s based in Sweden
• Collaborate with our Product team and provide time estimates as well as realize their features requests and designs
• Own the development process. Be the team’s reliable facilitator in change management and timeline forecasting
• Mentoring and growing our development team members
• Plan and prioritize work for the development, QA and devops teams
• Lead initiatives in improving quality of products and release cycle
• Facilitate technical architectural & implementation discussion
• Participate in coaching, sharing and recruiting to scale the team
• Organize internal and external events about technology and help promote Localize Direct in the Vietnamese tech community

• Great team building capabilities and experience of hiring high performance developers
• Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment - we do not micro manage
• Experience working with continuous delivery for large scale system
• Familiar with deployment techniques (CI/CD, blue/green)
• Strong knowledge of project management: forecasting, tracking, and risk management
• An entrepreneurial spirit with detail-oriented, quality mindset, fantastic time-management skill and a can-do attitude
• Excellence in communication (written & verbal) both Vietnamese and English
• Passion for challenges, learning and sharing
• 3+ years managing software development projects in fast-paced environments

Not required but it is great if you have:

• Hands-on programming experiences
• Knowledge of micro services, automation test and AWS
• Prior experience in CMS or SaaS products
