- Work closely with Business and Sales to support analytical needs of existing clients and prospects in a fast-paced environment. Focus on Cash management domain (Collection and Payment processes).
- Collaborate directly with different areas of IT and the business and Corporate customer in order to provide solutions.
- Contribute with the team (Business unit and IT) in documenting Business Requirment Document.
- Be responsible for ensuring all objectives are met per assigned timelines
- Setup tasks, monitor and responsible for implementing the change requests
- Support UAT phase and be responsible to finish end-to-end implement process.

- Graduated as a Bachelor of IT or Banking and Finance
- Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in Cash management domain.
- Familiar with APIs, and can talk comfortably from a functional perspective;
- Understand how to write a BRD for Banking Products/processes
- Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good team work attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are require
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Negotiation skills
- Can communicate in English (mandatory)
- Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts.
- Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 5 years of Business Analysis.
- Know-how various systems in banking domain (such as Core, Card, Data, Digital Banking, Payment, etc...) should work
