We are looking for talent engineers who never say no to any problems and is able to adapt to the new technologies based on fundamental knowledge of software engineering and computer science.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features for React Native app.
- Maintain good code quality & perform code review.
- Perform profiling and optimize app performance.
- Design, structure and refactor the codebase to achieve high maintainability.
- Write CI/CD scripts to automate build, test, deploy & maintain continuous code quality.
- Coordinate releases.
- Open, young and flexible environments.

Yêu cầu công việc
Must-have (for Senior):
- Strong hands-on experience in React Native development.
- Good experience in state management and design patterns commonly used in React / React Native.
- Good knowledge of data structure & algorithm.
- Understand the fundamentals of good software design (High cohesion & low coupling, modularity, SOLID principles, Package principles)
- Passionate in both building products that customers love and crafting high-quality codebase.
- Good at english reading and writing skills.
- Be a productivity geek (Always try to improve and optimize your own productivity).
- Having great attention to the detail (in UI/UX and codebase).
- Having great problem-solving skills.
- Having good communication skills.
- Be proactive and self-motivated.
Nice-to-have:
- Having experience working in startup and product environment is a plus.
- Having experience in Typescript & understanding the importance of static typing in large-scale application is a big plus.
- Having experience in native development (either Android or iOS) is a big plus.
- Having continuous learning mindset & book reading habit is a big plus.
- Having good interpersonal skills (Communication, Negotiation, Persuasion, Emotional Intelligence, Empathy, Conflict Resolution & Mediation) is a big plus.
- Being a full-stack developer or having React development experience is a big plus.
- Having contributions to open source projects (especially projects that use Javascript, Typescript, React and React Native) is a big plus.
