As a Lead Game Developer, you'd join our most important products, placing you right in the middle of the action. You'd be expected to be a source of great code as well as knowledge and guidance for the team in this position, and your experience will help bring great projects to millions of players around the world.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers
• Coach/mentor/train & give guidance for the development of the team members
• Share knowledge, motivate and inspire others to generate new ideas
• Efficiently communicate and support messages and decisions from management
• Plan, organize, follow-up and evaluate the work of the team and its impact on the project
• Actively work with other department leads and facilitate the information flow
• Identify risks and provide relevant solutions to complex problems
• Estimate time to accomplish programming tasks and commit to meeting all objectives
• Perform other related duties

 Technical competencies:

• Have at least 6+ years of experience in game development
• Proficient with C# and have experience with C++
• Have a solid understanding of the Unity (and nice to have with Cocos2dx game engine)
• Expert object-C/Java build plug-in for Unity
• Experience with optimization game performance 
• Be expert skills in developing casual & hyper games along with the knowledge of SDK & creating custom Shaders
• Is very comfortable with modern version control systems (git)
• Experience with design pattern 
• Experience with server-side backends, preferably in Java/NodeJS/C# & Client/Server paradigm
• Experience with cloud computing, preferably Photon/PlayFab/Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Data Structure and Algorithms
• Familiarity with Scrum/ Agile methodology
• Is competent with general game development concepts, including graphics development, game logic, communication with backend services, user interface development,…
