You will be joining a hand-picked team developing a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform for sales enablement. The platform runs on AWS infrastructure. It has web, iOS, Android clients; and integrates with many other platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, GoodData, Tableau).

Your main responsibilities include

• Participating in product development. Working with product managers and designers to define software solutions that will satisfy customers’ needs.
• Responsible for estimating, planning and implementing chosen solutions.
• Ensuring and improving the quality and performance of the product by applying unit tests, following best design practices and coding standards.
• Helping less senior team members develop their technical competences by mentoring and reviewing their work.

Must-have Skills: 

• At least 2 years’ experience developing web applications with ReactJS
• Deep knowledge and efficient use of ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux, Javascript, HTML5/CSS3, HTTP, Ajax
• Solid experience in modern front-end build tools (e.g. Git, Webpack, Rollup, NPM).
• Experience in working with a design system and maintaining reusable component libraries using tools like Storybook.
• Ability to provide sustainable solutions, and create consistent and nice user-experience
• Experience creating and interpreting architecture and models.
• Experience in applying modern CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, CircleCI
• Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
• Knowledge of testing methodologies like unit test, visual regression test, etc.
• Good English skills (speaking/listening/writing/reading) 
• Experience in building responsive, elegant and scalable web applications
• Understand cross-browser/platform compatibility issues

Nice-to-have Skills

• Strong knowledge of UX and UI and ability to work with designers to improve usability
• Knowledge of web load testing, client-side caching
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/test-driven development
• Strong self-management skill
• Experience with backend development
