- Follows best practices for the full software development life cycle, including adhering to coding standards, setting up and maintaining builds for continuous integration, designing, and coding enterprise framework components, and performing code reviews
- Develop applications, templates, and components for Content Management Systems using Sitecore
- Manages upgrades and implementations of new Sitecore web sites, applications and environments
- Supports and/or installs Sitecore software and related web sites. Participates in the installation, development and testing
- Working with the Solution Architect, define highly detailed specifications for the technical solution
- Enforce development best practices within the team
- Supervise, mentor and coach developers
- Write technical documentation for the delivered solution
- Work in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment
- Confer with systems analysts, programmers, and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
- Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- Familiar with working with Agile/Scrum
- Familiar with Helix principle
- You have experience developing user large scale websites, or applications
- ASP.NET MVC
- Knowing Sitecore Commerce is an advantage
- JavaScript Frameworks (Angular preferred, Knockout JS or React)
- SQL Server
- RESTful Web Services
- ORM (ADO, EF or NHibernate) Data Access
- Team Foundation Server / Git / SVN
- Microsoft SQL Server development experience
- Proficient development knowledge in technologies, such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, and AJAX
