You'll be responsible for server portions of our point of sale and business platform software, which forms the backbone of our customers’ retail operations. We use Ruby on Rails, Golang on the server backend and C # for our native apps.

You will help us build functional systems that improve our deployment and monitor system.

Your work will encompass:

• Building CI/CD for testing and deployment our service and website.
• Building the system for Logging, Tracing, Monitoring.
• Improve deployment, monitor workflows for different products.
• Support development team to setup and configure the development environment.
• Deploy and coordinate releases to Production and/or Staging environments.
• Track progress and performance of released features.

We are willing to hire employees without undergraduate degrees in IT, and willing to train promising programmers. Our interviews are focused on coding ability, not paper qualifications.

Must have:

• Have experience in CI/CD, Docker.
• Knowledge in common backend technologies like AWS, Kafka, Postgres, Kubernetes, etc.
• Good sense in how to maintain the security and reliability backend systems.
• Good English communication.

Nice to have:

• PostgreSQL DB and Amazon AWS infrastructure.
• Experience in managing large scale, mission critical backend systems.
• See automation across all the things.
• Experience with Ruby On Rails, Golang.
• Perform and Investigate root-cause analysis for production errors.
