The industry leading team is looking for bright engineering talent with experience in the area of Java-based server internals and web services/web applications. The core responsibilities will include helping customers be successful and helping to extend and update our core server in both the front and back end of TIBCO products.

1. TIBCO Data Virtualization team:

• Product overview: TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV) is an enterprise data virtualization solution that orchestrates access to multiple and varied data sources, delivering data sets and IT curated data services to any analytics solution. TDV is a Java based enterprise-grade database engine supporting all phases of data virtualization development, run-time, and management.
• What you will do: The core responsibilities will include helping customers be successful and helping to extend and update our large collection of data source adapters that allows our software to create federated queries over anything that has data.  This includes relational data sources, big data, cloud applications, enterprise applications, and more.

2. TIBCO EBX team:

• Product overview: Our Master Data Management software - TIBCO EBX is positioned by Gartner in both its Magic Quadrants for Master Data Management (MDM) with one single software solution and was ranked #1 MDM technology six years in a row by The Information Difference.
• What you will do (you can choose ONE based on your skills and career orientation):
  • R&D team: You will have the opportunity to experience projects on various innovative Java IT domains, architectural patterns and international clients’ requests in the data management domain
  • Professional Service team: During the course of our services engagements, you work side-by-side with our customers and their designated partner in order to help establish customer self-sufficiency in implementing solutions based upon TIBCO technology. You support projects that are aggressive, strategic to our customers’ business, and that leverage mission critical services and applications.

3. TIBCO Streaming team: 

• Product overview: TIBCO Streaming is the leading Complex Event Processing (CEP) platform, used by developers building the most demanding data processing systems in the world. It enables rapid development of high-performance flexible applications, meeting the needs of the most demanding customers in financial services, federal intelligence, e-commerce, and telecommunications.
• What you will do: As a server-side developer of Streaming team, you will design and implement adapters, which move high-speed data into and out of the CEP engine. You will have hands-on development expertise, with the ability to develop innovative solutions for scalable, high performance, secure distributed systems

• 3+ years of Java programming experience
• Strong Object-Oriented Background
• Good understanding of algorithms complexity and time/space trade-offs
• Experience with Web Services/Web Applications
• Service-Oriented Architecture
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL
• Experience with multi-threading is a plus
