IFI SOLUTION plays a strategic role in providing human resources for NTT Data EMEA. Its current number of 250 personnels is expected to double to reach 500 by the end of 2022. We are proud of fulfilling projects of different domains including: Telecom, Energy, Healthcare, Automotive, Data Management, Finance and Banking for the most well-known companies from Germany, France, Italy, Romania and Japan. The Agile/Scrum methodology is applied in all of our projects.

+ JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participates in daily meetings and Scrum events with customers working in the same project
- Provides requirement analysis
- Implement tasks as stated in the Definition of Done such as: coding, unit testing, review, and Java backend testing
Yêu cầu công việc
- Java EE or Java SE: 1+ year experience
- About 6 months:
o Using one of the following databases: CockroachDB, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle DB, MongoDB...
o Implementing microservices
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Nice to have: experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform...)
+ INITIAL TRAINING PROGRAM
- Learns about the culture of our European customers
- Participates in Agile/Scrum training
- Participates in training program to work in projects that apply some Java Backend technologies such as: Microservice architecture, Design Pattern, Quarkus, MicroProfile...
- Learns about testing such as E2E testing, API Mockup,...
- Opportunity to work with both Java Backend and JavaScript Frontend or DevOps (given your technical skills and career choice)
- Opportunity to learn basic and advanced Cloud-based DevOps such as: Gitlab CI, Docker, OAuth2, Kubernetes, Service Mesh, OpenTracing, ETCD, ELK, AWS,... (given your technical skills and career choice)
+ SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Salary: 18M – 60M/month
- Salary package: 13 months of income per year
- OT compensation: up to 400%
- Bonus on birthday, New Year’s Eve, 30/4&1/5, 2/9: 500,000VND
- Child benefit: 500.000 VND per month (from the age of 7 to 24 months old)
- Shopping or travel voucher 5,000,000VND for official employees who have been working for more than a year and obtain excellent performance review

- Working time: 08:45 AM – 12:15 PM , 01:30 PM – 06:00 PM, from Monday to Friday. Employees have two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday).
