We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our growing Digital team. 

Digital is a new product module of Vincere - a recruitment website platform built for fast growing and well established enterprise clients with built in CMS, advanced customizer, a job portal and full Candidate Portal and Client Portal. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team with a mission to help customers drive candidate attraction and client retention. 

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the website themes, layouts and coding of themes, websites and digital assets.
• Build, test and working with stakeholders to maximize user engagement and experience
• To develop and create interactive user control over the software through multiple interfaces (mobile, tablet, web – cross browsers)
• Working closely with designers to turn static Photoshop / Figma designs into cool working browser-based web and application pages.
• Working closely with the Customer Success team to analyze customer requirements and identify areas in which the applications can be improved to better serve the customer’s needs.

Competitive salary and learning culture

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience of frontend web development
• Good understanding of website architecture and responsive design principles.
• Good knowledge or experience in front-end technologies, HTML, CSS and JS.
• Experience with front-end libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Page Speed Optimization
• Experience in collaborating with designers and full-stack developers
• Attention to detail especially in ensuring the web components are laid out perfectly with the agreed alignment.
• Confidence in communicating in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with PHP
• Experience with Laravel
• Experience with building websites on similar platforms such as WordPress, Joomla or Drupal
• Experience in writing automated tests for web applications
