- Provide technical guidance/support for team members.
- Involve in technical discussions for several topics relating to FE web development with managers and US technical team.
- Participate in developing React frameworks/libraries of company.
- Build technical specifications/documentations.
- Organize team meetings, topics of discussion and progress toward the team goal.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 6+ years' experience working in Software Development.
- At least 4+ years’ experience working with React.
- Strong understanding of React concepts and state management (Redux, React Hook).
- Expert in JavaScript (modern JavaScript ES6) and TypeScript.
- Experience in working on React UI libraries: Kendo, Bootstrap.
- Experience in working on Unit Testing: Jet/React Testing Library.
- Experience in HTML5, CSS
- Good knowledge in handling web development issues including web responsive, web content accessibility, cross-browsers compatibility and web security.
- Strong leadership & coaching skills (both in technical and human relations)
- Experience in leading team or mentoring members
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have:
- Good understanding of standard Software Development Life cycle.
- Good understanding of Restful APIs design and microservice based systems.
- Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale applications.
