The Job holder is responsible for setting the direction and strategy for Data Center technologies across the organization.

• Be responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining the IT Infrastructure including private Cloud, Host, VM server, Database, VPN connection, backup, Wifi, helpdesk tasks, provide IT services.
• Supervise and coordinate with all parties involved to ensure high availability and performance of the IT Infrastructure.
• Ensure less interruptions arise in case of an IT failure and to have proper contingency plans in place.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware, system problems.
• Have knowledge in Cloud technology: AWS, Azure is advantage
• Have knowledge and experience in network, IP Phone management. 
• Manage, oversee IT Infrastructure and computer systems, share, and manage helpdesk SLA.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Do backup and restore strategy for business data, server, network devices configuration
• Participate in IT Infrastructure projects: upgrading system, integrating with partner system…
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.

• BA degree or above
• 1-5 years of experience in implementing and managing the Information System (medium and large scale).
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot risk. Having expertise in troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to IT Infrastructure. 
• Have knowledge and expert in Database, Cloud technology, Windows, Linux, Office 365, VMWare, SAN, NAS, Backup system…
• Have knowledge about DevOPS is advantage.
• Good English verbal communication
