- Overseas IT strategy and roadmap for the company, ownership of the following
- Digitalization Transformation: optimize business operations and applications, achieving operational excellence. Focusing on ERP strategy and Sales Operation optimization, increase sales productivity, directly drive revenues from operations, saving operational expenses, process automation)
- IT Operations: implement cybersecurity programs (ISO 27001, NIST cybersecurity maturity score), governing IT infrastructure (hardware, cloud, network, computer devices, etc.) relating to IT operations
- Create vision, mission, strategy for the department level and team level
- Manage 3 teams of a total of 20 cross-functional members
- Directly involve in architecting business application solutions, guide technical teams in their deliverables
- Coaching and mentoring technical and non-technical members
- Reporting to CDO (roadmap, strategy) and CTO (co-managing tech stack related)

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role is required
- 7+ years of hands-on development and/or PM roles
- Strategic thinking, able to deliver fast, while having a roadmap for long-term wins
- Excellence leadership and management skills
- Excellence communications with high-level executives
- Excellence project management skills
