- Building and managing a team of consultants and implementing ERP

- Manage and analyze ERP business requirements

     + Research and advise on technology solutions, survey, collect, and analyze business requirements for ERP implementation products. Develop detailed documents to serve the implementation of product development solutions, ERP implementation services;

     + Building processes, reports, charts, training to properly understand business rules and operations related to the ERP system

- Management consulting, implementation

     + Researching products and business processes, acting as a focal point to coordinate with related units to perform work in the process of consulting and implementing ERP systems

     + Develop project plan and ERP project implementation plan;

     + Manage the work, progress, quality, and cost of ERP projects to ensure according to the plan and commitment;

     + Develop detailed specification documents such as analysis documents, development documents,

test script, user/operator manual, etc.

     + Receive and analyze support requests from software system users

- Training management, operation support

     + Meet user requirements about the system

     + Professional software training for users

    - Cooperate with Sales Division to design and consult based on customer’s

-        Experience in analyzing, designing, programming, testing SAP B1 software and similar ERP solutions;

-        Experience in implementing/receiving/transferring technology of SAP B1 projects and similar ERP solutions;

-        Knowledge of SOA architecture;

-        Experience in business analysis management positions

-        Have skills in building and managing ERP team

-        Have certificate of B1 Solution consultant certificate version 10
