- Study requirements, and communicate with the engineering team (DM, PO/PM, TL, etc.) to collaborate, understand the project requirements and the project knowledge clearly and accurately
- Actively provide feedback on the task assignments & able to work directly with overseas clients
- Apply the necessary testing processes to ensure quality in projects
- Define Test Plan (Test strategy and Test logistics) and apply Testing methodologies, Techniques to design test cases and prepare test data
- Test monitoring and controlling, including manage test effort and bug leakage
- Perform most of the Testing types including API Testing, Performance Testing, Functional test, Layout/UI test, Content check, and Non-functional test (Usability, Compatibility, …)
- Create test cases for user stories and estimate the QA efforts for the upcoming Scrum sprint
- Setup, design, implement and maintain automation tests and continuous integration build jobs
- Plan, prepare, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Analyze test results including troubleshooting and problem determination
- Provide test reports for major releases

Yêu cầu công việc
- +5 years experience in Software Testing and solid in Manual/Automation or both for web-based applications.
- Experience in developing end-to-end tests for complex solutions for large-scale enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and executing test automation with Selenium, Postman…
- Hands-on experience with test case management tools (JIRA/TestRail)
- Strong experience in testing web-based (Backend, API…) software.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in a global software development environment
- Good attitude and mindset: organized, detail-oriented, quality-oriented.
- Working experience in an Agile – Scrum environment
