BPM là gì?
BPM – Business Process Management là một xu hướng công nghệ bùng nổ trong 5 năm trở lại đây, nó bao gồm việc tin học hóa các quy trình nghiệp vụ, số hóa tài liệu lưu trữ và tự động hóa decision making. BPM giúp nâng cao hiệu quả, rút ngắn thời gian, tăng khả năng kiểm soát và giảm rủi ro cho các quy trình, đặc biệt hữu ích cho các tổ chức tài chính – nơi có số lượng quy trình lớn và độ phức tạp cao.
Công việc của lập trình viên BPM là gì?
· Phát triển các quy trình theo tài liệu thiết kế dựa trên nền tảng BPM của IBM
· Làm việc với BA, Tester trong quá trình phát triển và kiểm thử sản phẩm
· Làm việc với các team kỹ thuật khác khi có yêu cầu tích hợp từ hệ thống bên ngoài

Yêu cầu công việc
· Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.
· Kinh nghiệm Java script, lập trình cơ sở dữ liệu
· Kinh nghiệm Lập trình ứng dụng quy trình trên nền tảng BPM
· Khả năng làm việc nhóm, độc lập
· Quen thuộc với mô hình Agile
· Có hiểu biết về Linux là một lợi thế
