All Employees will need to working from home to ensure safety. The new member will get designated supports:
- Working devices will be delivered at door upon the new member's joining date
- Onboarding will be organized virtually by both the HR personnel and the new team.
- The HR personnel will be available for any support needs of the new member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with customer key stakeholders, lead delivery team, responsible for delivery and quality of the work undertaken
- Leads team efforts in relentless improvement – Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective.
- Participate in bids and proposals with the business development team
- Supports the team in addressing and eliminating impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives
- Work at Client office upon request

Key Requirements:
- Solid Experience in Scrum/Agile method. PMP and Scrum Master certificates are desirable
- Experience in do Custom Apps for Clients: web apps, mobile apps, API & integration layer...
- Strong presentation and client relation skills
- Digital Thinker, Product Mindset, Can-do attitude, and Adaptable
- Good communication in English
