WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
● Provide hands-on support and system administration to fix production issues and provide ongoing maintenance.
● Partner with third-party Salesforce Consultant to fix bugs and fulfill the enhancement requests from Customer Care Team.
● Partner with other teams in the organization to ensure clean deployments and leverage best practices
● System configuration using workflows, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, process builder, flows, permission sets and Data Loader.
● Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
● Create, design, and develop complex reports, engaging dashboards and data management that support a data-driven decision-making process.

WHAT WE NEED
● Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
● Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or other CRM Certifications.
● Strong experience in Salesforce platform and APEX code.
● Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.
● Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.
NICE TO HAVE
● Knowledge of Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL.
