iCondo StageIT is a leading provider of property management technology and solutions in the proptech industry based in Singapore with a development office in Ho Chi Minh City. iCondo provides property management solutions to clients in Singapore, Australia, and Indonesia. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking passionate and experienced Android Developers to join our robust fully-stacked IT Team.

Job Description

• Research new features, analyze requirements, estimate implementation;
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code;
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code;
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application;
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

1/ Must have

• From 5+ years continuous experience with Senior Android development and 3+ year with Mid Android development;
• Good knowledge in OOP and design patterns;
• Experience in Asynchronous programming, SQLite and frameworks, Map Location / Sensors, Push Notification and social frameworks;
• Understand Android memory management, and have experience working on memory usage optimization;
• Deep understanding of the Android framework, architectures and implementation (MVC, MVP, MVVM, MVI), trends, and emerging technologies;
• Solutions-oriented and a quick learner;
• Results-oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills when working with external developers;
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application security;
• Good English skills at speaking, reading, and writing (at least writing and reading);
• Working experience applying Agile methodology, Scrum, or Kanban development process.

2/ Nice to have

• Experience in Flutter;
• Experience in other mobile platforms development such as iOS;
• Documenting capability;
• Be able to work overtime and under high pressure;
• Be available to start immediately.
