- Build up capacity/services in strategic areas of the company: Cloud, Data, BPA (RPA & Low-code platform) and other trending technologies: AI, Block Chain, IOT...
- Develop technology strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions while optimizing existing systems, applications, and information of CMC Global.
- Coordinate and ensure the implementation/ enforcement of technology standards across CMC Corporation.
- Structure technology policies, procedures and standards to ensure organizational success.
- Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services.
- Creative thinking about both in-house and outsource products.
- Leading presale/delivery of technology for the Mega project, a key project of the company.
- Represent the company for reports and statements about technology capabilities internally and externally.
- Oversee activities of Technology division and directly manage IT Managers, including assisting in recruitment and training.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s and/or Master degree in business, computer science, or related field.
- Proven experience of developing in Cloud.
- 5++ years of experience as SA position.
- Extensive knowledge of ITO and technology trends.
- Capability of managing development projects with team scale of 30-50 people.
- Presentation & English communication: Advanced.
- Having domain knowledge about Finance, Logistics, Media, Retail, E-commerce
