• Have from 1 year of experience in .NET (C#) Development
• Have strong Computing and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Fundamentals
• Some experience working with task workflow and distributed version control systems
• Have basic knowledge of DevOps principles such as Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD
• Familiar with Lean product development and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of basic design patterns, their purpose and how they can be used to improve software
• Familiar with different software testing techniques, including unit/integration testing, manual/exploratory testing, and automated testing
• Have a desire to solve problems for our customers and to always strive to give them the best experience possible.
• Committed to personal growth and a willingness to not only learn on the job, but also through external learning tools and resources
• Familiarity with Product Led Growth fundamentals, and experience working closing with Marketing/Digital teams beneficial
• Some experience with Classic ASP beneficial
• Good English communication
