We are currently looking for a talented Project Manager/Delivery Manager to join our fast growing company to work on developing our state of the art sharing ecosystem platform that is built on blockchain technology. We have built an e-ID on a blockchain-based platform that you can store your digital identity for securely accessing and buying goods and services worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed plans of the work to be undertaken, when and by whom.
• Manage pipeline of work (including resource planning) and minimise risk and resolve issues that affect scope, schedule and quality including the tracking of project implementation against operational requirements
• Technical background and strong motivation to enable understanding of the goals in depth, assisting the team organize and make right technical decisions to meet these goals
• Motivating and inspiring the project team.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs.
• Effective, timely and effective escalation of issues and report to management.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, and deliver the expected outcomes and benefits.

Must have:

• At least 4 years experience in project management.
• End to end experience of the project lifecycle with a proven record of delivering project successfully, especially with mobile app, backend APIs projects
• Experience in working with projects using Javascript, microservice architect.
• Experience managing in an Agile environment.
• Excellent English communication (write, read, speak and listen).
• Experience in working with Payment industry, Identify System, ecommerce, health
• Experienced in stakeholder management and ability to build relationships in a remote cross-functional team environment.
• Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques;

Nice to have:

• Professional certificates in Project Management (PRINCE2 or PMP)
• Experience with blockchain technology
• Experience with project using Node JS, Golang
