Resource Management

-        Provide advice to the Software Manager on assigning tasks to the team of developers in the manner of well balancing on workload aligning to their skillsets and business knowledge.

-        Ensure the skillset and business knowledge redundancy among the team to avoid any risk of single point of dependence.

-        Determine the risks on development

Project Planning/Management

-        Work together with the Software Manager to define reasonable project plans for in-house development projects.

-        Manage the progress of the project to achieve the target schedule, and quality.

-        Assist Software Manager / Project Manager on vendor manager for the subjects related to the in-house development. Ensure vendor fully aware the related requirements for the in-house development.

-        Understand the requirement on system integration.

-        Communicate properly with third party systems for integration.

-        Define the integration plan as well as the cost/resource required for integration.

-        Monitor the readiness of third party system for integration.

-        Manage and review the design of the deliverables meet the requirement of security and redundancy

-        Development is regular task of this position

Kinh nghiệm:

1.       Development experience.

2.       Knowledge and experience on Javascript, Nodejs, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, MongoDB, NPM, PM2, BCrypt, and Yarn.

3.       Fully understanding of SDLC.

4.       Solid experience on Microsoft SqlServer, IBM DB2, or Oracle DB.

5.       Experience on Agile and Scrum model is an advantage.

6.       Experience identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on complex projects.

7.       Experience on forecasting, resource capacity, planning, and schedule.

8.       With PMP certification is an advantage
