We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Security team, and provide IT support for our teams. 

The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.

This role reports directly to the Head of Infrastructure and Security.  

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT asset inventory and manage local IT vendors
• Support onboarding and offboarding with local People & Culture team
• Coordinating purchases and managing invoicing and payments in local language
• Managing stocks, spares and delivery of IT assets
• Be responsible for device and password management
• Manage data backup and system operations (e.g. user provisioning, authorization)
• Manage daily IT operations including incidents, changes and escalations.
• Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software on laptops
• Resolve issues escalated by the local users
• Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal, security and company guidelines
• Manage contracts with vendors and software licenses
• Conduct IT training for awareness of IT systems and for new joiners
• Strong communication skills – communicating with business stakeholders

• Holds a Degree in IT, or other relevant fields
• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient with communicating in both Vietnamese and English (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of windows operating systems, mac, and VPN client, is essential
• Basic knowledge of network
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket, Google workspace, slack, vpn, wifi internet access, networks, printers and scanners
• Ability to manage multiple support tickets
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Hands on experience

• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able  to work independently when required
