1.Deployment of work
a. Contribute, develop process documents, test guidelines, quality standards, measurement criteria (Metric).
- Implement the application of procedures, guidelines and standards in quality control.
b. Participating in the testing process and directly responsible for technology quality control (High level requirements - see Hierarchical Matrix for details)at the main stages of technology solution development:
- Requirements collection, design phase: coordinate and/or directly test input requirements (Requirement traceability matrix, SLA), develop strategy, design, preliminary plan for functional and non-functional testing function
- Development phase: Coordinate or directly implement the development of Test Scenario, test cases; KBKT review.
- Test phase: Monitor and/or directly manage and participate in testing the main and important functions of the project. Quality control through quality (Metric) criteria; identify and evaluate problems and risks on project quality; warning signs of error rate, error recovery time to give warnings; Ensure project progress and quality.
- Post-deployment phase: investigate the cause of errors and problems to find out the relationship, deficiencies in testing and/or quality control activities, thereby updating the failure cases into the master suite. testcases. Control the progress, quality and fix errors of the project
2. Transformation
- Participate in the transition from Testing to Quality Management
- Recommend new tools; Apply and control the deployment of automated test kits, test management tools in the quality control process
- Implement quality assessment metrics in projects and team members. Control the measurement and data collection of members
- Implement the application of Metrics to evaluate personnel in the team
3. Training
- Conduct knowledge training on testing expertise, quality and project skills for team members
- Participate in all-row and Block-based courses
- Participate in new knowledge courses on quality expertise and technologies to apply to quality control

- University graduate or higher majoring in information technology, computing, telecommunications, finance or banking
- Working experience in automation testing and performance testing: 4-5 years or more.
- In automation testing: work proficiently with diversity applications as web, mobile, API, big data,... in framework as Selenium, appium, cucumber,… and programing languages as Java, python, scala,...
- In Performance testing for web/mobile application, big data,...: work proficiently and professionally with tools as Jmeter, HP load runner or customized tools; monitoring tools as Grafana, Glowroot, prometheus, kibana,...
- Automation and performance testing on cloud as AWS is advance advantage
