• Interact with the account team daily to understand the task requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members such as project coordinators, designers, developers, and the account team to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Weekly meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
• Evaluate UAT standards of work delivery.
• Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the products
• Document website development processes and procedures.
• Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments.
• Consulting with our clients and business account to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities.
• Providing mentorship to junior developers and facilitating suitable interventions to deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Keeping abreast of developments and trends in website design.
• Be able to estimate the scope of works and duration of a project and the delivery of a project according to prospect new business quotations.

• Minimum 3 Years of work experience managing and assisting WordPress Projects.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design.
• Advance proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, HTML, or PHP.
• Experience in a managerial position.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to offer guidance and support.
• Excellent knowledge of Web Development disciplines.
• WordPress page builders ( such as Elementor / Beaver Builder / WP Bakery / DIVI)
