As a QA Manager at Katalon, you will oversee both product quality and testing quality among the teams before shipping to the end-users. Being working in cross-functional Agile teams, your responsibilities are not leading the QA collective but also empowering the Engineers team to deliver products with higher quality. Ultimate, you will have decisions that are balanced between an efficient testing process and long-term successful business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all operations that affect the quality
• Design, implement and improve company quality standards, policies, and documentations
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by collaborating closely with functional teams
• Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
• Review & optimize quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
• Supervise and guide QA Engineers, Engineers & other related teams in the Quality Assistance model

Key Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software testing (both manual & automation testing)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Software testing methodologies
• Experience in working with large, complex & fast-developed production team
• Hands-on experience in implementing and improving testing planning, strategies and generate reports
• Strong leadership, coaching & management skill
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of communication both of English & Vietnamese

Bonus Points

• Experience in developing & enhancing quality assistance models in the Engineering team
• Experience in SaaS business model, specialized in automation testing solutions
• Experience in leading a team with a quality assistance model
• Willingness to assist other teams to develop solutions and metrics
• ISTQB certification
• Knowledge of ISO certifications is a plus
