Job Purpose
The Job Holder:
- Organize the implementation of functions and duties of the unit as prescribed.
- Manage all infrastructure security operations performed by the unit directly or by outsourced partners, ensuring the efficient operation of infrastructure security features and compliance with regulations and regulations TCB's security standards and procedures.
- Develop a roadmap, realize the strategy on infrastructure security in line with the general strategic roadmap of IT Infrastructure Services as well as of the Technology Division and the Bank.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate with the Director of the IT Infrastructure and IT Security departments to understand the operation of the
infrastructure systems as the basis for the efficient and stable operation of infrastructure security.
- Propose, develop plans, organize the implementation and supervise the implementation of plans in the field of infrastructure security in order to achieve the objectives set out in the IT infrastructure strategy as well as the IT security strategy of the company. Techcombank.
- Responsible for managing all infrastructure security features on a bank-wide basis, ensuring that these features operate smoothly, minimizing the impact on customers, users as well as quality. service quality, processing capacity of technology systems

Key Accountabilities

- Perform assigned roles in IT service management processes (e.g. incident management, change management, ...)
- Resource management (developing a staffing plan, coordinating resources, training and developing the next team, building a development roadmap for employees, building a mechanism for assigning, recognizing and evaluating performance) performance of employees, etc.), ensuring adequate and quality resources are maintained.
- Develop budget according to the operation plan, manage the unit's operating costs according to the approved budget.
- Advising the Board of Directors of the Technology Division in the development of policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on the operation of infrastructure security.
- Ensure that the unit's activities comply with internal policies, regulations, processes, guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs).
- Identify risks of the unit in the process of operation, coordinate with related units to develop methods of measuring, assessing and minimizing risks; overcome and improve the risk points of the entity.
- Report periodically to the Director of Technology Infrastructure Services.

Qualification:
- University degree in IT or electronics or telecommunications or related fields
- Foreign languages: Compulsory English level according to TCB's regulations
Experience:
- 5+ year experience in Information technology industry;
- 5+ year Management role in the field of security monitoring and response in large organizations, especially in
banking insdustry.
