- Consolidate information from client teams and in-house teams to make sure that all parties understand the project requirements, solutions, and planning in the same way
- Collaborate with other Project Manager, Solution Architect, Developers and teams to provide details about software solutions the company can offer to client’s business requirement
- Develop solutions in low-code environments
- Support low-code products and liaise directly with users on feedback and improvements
- Help manage expectations of users and management, consulting users in translate their expectations into software requirements. Analyzing the impact of change requests during a software development project
- Perform analysis on newly released features using usage metrics and customer feedback
- Focus on end-user requirements with an eye for user experience to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers

- Be the expert who can help customers, support, sales, and other groups with questions about your feature areas.
- Annual 13th month salary
- Dedication bonus goes up to 40% monthly salary

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Good communication in both Vietnamese & English.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role within a software company
- Programming Or Technical background is considered as relevant.
- Solid knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Able to generate documentation in an accurate, unambiguous, and succinct fashion.
- Able to perform requirement gathering and managing work independently or with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, as well as presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Able to work independently with a “Can-Do” spirit and to manage time effectively.
- Experience in UI / UX, Agile environment, Quality Assurance / Controller is a plus.
- Experience developing in low-code or workflow environments is a plus
- Experience with Appian is a big plus
